KUMBHAKA PRANAYAMA
Kumbhaka is the central
practice of traditional Hatha pranayama; there are two types of retention:
after an inhale (antara), and after an exhale (bahya)
By practicing
these breathing techniques you can help your blood vessels expand and provide
more oxygen to the body. I practiced these techniques and they helped me by
Inhaling and exhaling deeply several times. I recommend this to people that
suffers severe stress because this can avoid massive headaches. I suffer
fibromyalgia and this condition is chronic fatigue with eighteen different
points in my back that give me pain and these techniques help me to sleep
better even when I am in pain.
